[BC] President Ford dies

Could be policial, could also be a programming decision. While the death 
of a former President is news, the event, in the minds of CBS brass, may 
not have risen to the level worthy of a live interruption. As much as 
we'd like to kick the mainstream media, this may have just been as I 
said, a programming decision.
