[BC] Computer Issues and Viruses

I have two "viruses" that keep opping up.

"winser.exe" and "lsass.exe" are the two nuisances.

winser.exe will pop up when I laod the Desktop and say it can't be found.

lsass.exe will usually popup at random, it says there's some kind of error, 
and when i click it.. my computer automatically shuts down in 1 minute.

I ran AVG and thought it caught these two, but it didn't.. it caught 
everything else.  Is there another free or trial virus software I can use?

Can anyone reccomend a good SPYWARE program thats free or can be used by a 
free trial?

I thought i had Windows Service pack 2(or later downloaded it), but I don't 
think I do afterall.
