[BC] "Breaking News" interruptions

These interruptions are really annoying to the many who watch via DVR.
Breaking news, EAS, etc are all worthless by the time they are
actually seen. If one wants news then it is usually from Fox, CNN or
your computer. You can flip CNN on and in a few seconds determine if
anything is happening in the world (down to car crashes and building
collapses) then go back to the DVR or DVD. I guess the good thing
about DVDs (or video downloads) is there is no news or EAS to disturb
the continuity as happens with DVRs.
