[BC] Frank Stanton is dead

According to the run-down sheet, as of now, the Dr. Frank Stanton obit story
will be about 6:50 PM,  EST,  after the second commercial break, and about
25 seconds long.

The James Brown story DOES come first, sometime after the first commercial
break, I think.

The Director was just picking out suitable music to play before, or maybe
after, the Stanton story.  I asked the audio crew what music they'd pick
when I died and they said it would be very joyous.
