[BC] AVG 7.5 - Part 2

Here is the second episode of my recent experiences with AVG 7.5......


I recently had a couple of incoming emails from others about a machine 
in our facility that I quickly determined that had been infected with 
some sort of virus that had been received by email.

I manually scanned the machine several times with AVG 7.5, Spybot S&D 
and Adaware to see if I could find it.  No dice. 

I decided to download a trial version of McAfee to see if it could find 
it.  If it didn't, I would download trial versions of other programs 
until I found one that did.

I installed McAfee and after manually scanning, I found two viruses.  I 
have deleted them and it appears that all is well in the machine now........

Based on the information that was recently posted on the list, I am 
going to download the AOLVirus program and try it.   

If it appears to work OK, I will un-install AVG 7.5 in all of our 
machines and install the AOL Virus program.
