Does anyone remember the posts on RF Detection devices you could pin on your
shirt to warn you of high radiation levels.

At work 7 of us were exposed to 1000 times the 5 mW/cm2 max level for a 6
minute exposure.  I used a Narda 8611 broadband isotropic radiation meter
and its associated probe 8621C the measure.  The radiation pined the meter
(MAX) so it really was over 1000 times the max level.

No wonder I felt warm all over.  Some of us were in this field for 5 or more
hours.

So we need something to put on our cloths to warn us in the future.

Help, I now glow in the dark........
