[BC] Cool Edit Pro 2.0 'warble'

It turns out there is an issue of some kind with the hard drive. Another
drive and same os, etc., works fine. It had not failed, but after
doing some other tests, file I/O was really slow with the original drive.

I put in a 2nd drive, and playing files from that drive was fine.

So I used the 2nd drive as 'the' drive after a reload.

Thanks for all the ideas from the group!
