[BC] Live on HD-2 or HD-3?

I expect you'll slowly start seeing that kind of thing become much more 
common whenever the non-commercial/experimental authorization 
requirement for multicasting is eliminated.  Early next year would be nice.

Right now it's all about just lighting up the channels as cheaply as 
possible to demo the radios.

FWIW, everything here in Miami is Robbie the Robot or a simulcast.
