Oh Robert, it's politics! People running for office don't want to loose
votes, no matter the income. Even thought I'm a registered voter in the
city, it's like, your vote counts, but we hate that tower!

If the neighborhood is that bad, why is the town giving you problems 
over your tower?  Seems like a few other things need to be improved 
around there first.
