[BC] Pranksters put dummy on 1200' TV tower

Now this is hearsay but this is one of the reasons, if not the main reason, 
the 1550 project to go 50Kw in the San Francisco Bay Area was scrubbed.
It's the old KKHI (which was the old KOBY, SF's first Top-40 station) in 
Belmont near KNBR. They were going to 2 sites and the measured power in the 
main lobe was going to be close to 300Kw and....well you know the rest of 
the story.
