[BC] Pranksters put dummy on 1200' TV tower

I wonder what idiot wrote the headline?  Radiation poisoning?
Now people are going to think a tower gives off the kind of radiation a
nuclear reaction would give off.
That needs to be corrected by the paper.

Now who is the dummy?

This tower has a 5 MW ch 58, their DTV, two LP 200kW UHF stations, a class B
FM and a bunch of communications equipment.  We can only be so fortunate as
these people will not procreate.  BTW this tower does nto have an elevator.
