I never used one, but I remember the sales blurb -- it was Ray
McMartin's "answer" to the Optimod 8000, and he made a big deal that
it was supposed to deal with short-duration peaks WITHOUT the use of
clipping.  IIRC, it had 1 microsecond attack time, or something crazy
like that.

So, I wonder how he avoided the 'hole punching" problem -- or did he?
