[BC] The Ibiquity system just won't cut it

I agree, but broadcasters need real solutions to real problems.
Digital technology can help with this. The existing Ibiquity system
might even work if any thought were put into it a a few tweaks
applied. Sounding better (which is not always the case with AM
IBOC) is not going to cut it, broadcasters need a lot more help than that.
