WJR's circularity is distorted by band of 15 conductivity tailing toward
the SW from Lake Erie. See the FCC M3 chart. However, WJR is far and
away the strongest DTW signal in most directions unless compared with the
main lobes of the newer 50 kW's that dump all their power in a single beam
over the city (e.g., WWJ and WXYT etc.).
