[BC] Farnell Model 257 Auto Mod Monitor Manual

Hello All,
 
I hope the shotgun approach to all 4 lists doesn't offend anyone.  I have a
ham operator buddy who recently purchased a Farnell Model 257 Auto Mod
Monitor off eBay.  Is seems to work OK but he says he'd like a manual.  If
anyone has a manual they'd be willing to scan, copy, sell, whatever, please
