[BC] WLAC HD

Well I moved my Radio Shack HD out to my new place
near Silverstreet, SC. WESC and WSSL 2 CC full power
FM's decode with no problem. On those 2 it's an
obvious difference when the HD decodes. That's unlike
the 3 commercial HD's in Columbia. There's a slight
difference in the 2 CC HD's and Citadel's 98.5 sounded
exactly the same. 

But the suprise was that WLAC would decode about half
the time or better near 6 PM. I expect WLAC would
decode better if I didn't have beyond awful power line
noise that even gets into high band VHF TV. 

I was very unimpressed with their audio however.
