Simple.  Unattended operation.

Paul, an automation system is only as good as the human programmer.  It's a 
learning experience for the intern or part-time college kid learning to load 
the automation for the overnight.

Learning how to run a flawless radio operation is a neverending experience.

Life itself is a neverending learning experience.
