Such a repository is already going at
http://www.hallikainen.org/BroadcastHistory . I'm always looking for more
contributed scans! I've got a ton of manuals people have sent me that I'm
slowly working on scanning. I think I'm going to get a printer/scanner for
the "family room" so I can scan stuff while watching TV with my wife. She
doesn't like my disappearing into my office for hours of scanning...
