You raise some very good question.
I think, in terms of notifcation new information... email everyone and
tell them it's on the website and make it fool proof, so they can find
it.
In terms of after hours support, I'd say take it on a case by case
basis as to what you do or provide. But then, engineers could talk,
and while you guys might not think the particular station's problem
was overly extreme.. the station owner did and he finds out another
station with a problem he deems nothing, got support quicker.
To answer that question, no matter what time of night or what power
level the station is broadcasting at or authorized to, if the
situation could *potentially* cause them lose revenue, then you
provide whatever support necessary!
