When I was a music director, only 10 years ago, we NEVER sent in that much
detail. Only artist/title information. BMI/ASCAP have all the publishing
information. I don't know about SESAC, but know we've never had a problem
that had them knocking on the doors for our list of publishers.

Which boils it down to this basic question: 

* Why do they bother with all that detail, if it's only going to be 
inaccurate, anyway?  *

Why don't they just accept the Artist and Title information...? They can 
cross-ref it on their own database!
