I just ripped a cut in Windows Media Player 11. The composer appears
but there's no publisher. I've checked all the help files and there
doesn't appear to be a way to either print or export (except sync)
the library. I can't imagine you can't print the library but I can't
find any mention of printing.

As I mentioned, the publisher changes often. I'm sure it's far too
much work to keep up with who owns what for every song. To make sure
every report is accurate, you'd have to check all the licensing
organizations' databases each time you compile a report.

Syndicators usually offer to send their libraries and daily playlists
to ASCAP/BMI and SESAC so the station doesn't have to do it. In my
experience, they've almost always accepted the data we sent even
though the information came from the disc label. If one of them
noticed the publishing organization had changed, they'd call me to update it.
