I have used the Arrakis DigiLink Xtreme and it will do exactly what you are
intending.  I set up the network breaks on a time basis instead of on a
network closure because the closures were frequently late.  If your network
runs tighter you could use closures.  We were using something like 7 network
inputs.  Use a closure for time sync.
