[BC] Harris Dexstar RS232 PAD data input

[JD Davis]

I have good luck with the Troy serial servers. These units can translate in
either direction, TCP/IP to serial or vice versa. We use these to translate
TCP/IP streams to serial for our RBDS encoders.
