[BC] Fake Banning Promotions

The first time I heard that was with Imus on 66 WNNNNNNNBC way back 
when, middle 70's. ISTR I was visiting my folks in Danbury CT and 
recording lots of stuff like that. Another famous Imus promo was "did 
you hear hear" what he said this morning TV campaign.....
