[BC] Possible XM/Sirus merger?

I have a country station and I did not get the memo from the
"government" not to play the Dixie Chicks. I do not play their new
music for three reasons.
1. the bloom is off the rose for them.
2. It is not that good, there are three or more female country bands who
have picked up where the chicks left off and are doing a better job.
3. They need to know when to keep their mouth shut. Not about Bush
necessarily but to insult Toby Keith fans (who happens to be WAY more
popular than the chicks ever were) is suicide and I do not want my
listeners to think I support the chicks insulting view of them.

If anyone chooses to listen to a different station because they do not
hear their new music on my station they are free to do so. I am not
sure where they will go though because nobody is playing their stuff.
They are free to say whatever they wish and I am free to program
whatever I want on my radio station and the public is free to listen to
whatever they choose. That, in a nutshell, is my point.
