[BC] ABC Starguide

SES AMERICOM has been advising that AMC 8 (139 degrees West) has been having
problems with its solar array for some time now. AMC 8 serves Jones,
Westwood and a ton of others in the radio universe. All are "protected"
services. If AMC 8 goes south, it is my understanding that service will be
relocated to AMC 7 (137 west).

Wouldn't lowering input power open up the bird to signal hijackers?
