The simple solution would be to first as other have suggested have a 
transformer isolated tech power feed. Use balanced power for the actual 
audio gear in each room (can't be that much these days). And use fiber 
connectivity between the Axia Ethernet nodes. The cost will not be that 
drastic and the bonus is you will get better speed between Axia nodes. I 
don't see a down side.
