[BC] ABC Starguide

mine were 13+ (CBS), 13+(WW One) and 13+ (ABC) last week, now ABC is at a
little over 11

My Starguides are all 14 + and haven't changed in recent history.

I never saw that letter, but would be very interested in what they are going
to do in place of Starguide.
