[BC] ABC Starguide

Not a rumor at all. With my TI problem I wish they would either up the power 
on that puppy or blow it into outer space OR move to another satellite that 
would get me out of the TI situation. I'm sick of it. I had the same problem 
at a station across town who carries ABC radio.

I heard rumors?? today that ABC has cut transponder power on the Starguide 
transponder(s) due to an solar panel(s) failure.
My ABC carriers are indeed several db lower....checked two different 
stations.
Anyone heard or know anything about this?
