[BC] NAB SMART

I hope they're (the NAB) putting at least the same amount of fervor into
combating the latest lunacy from the enviro wacko crowd, which is the
inquiry into birds flying into towers.

It doesn't sound to me like the NAB has changed much at all. Still the same
ol' same ol'.
