When I started at Z100 New York the station was number 18 in the market.
Much angst was involved over what to do. Tom Poleman a celebrated
programmer from Houston stuck his neck out by taking the job in the
first place and then defying outside consultants by taking the station
first back to it's heritage and then building on that. It is #3 these
days same basic imaging and the same call..
