Not only did I get that message (and I, too, did not have the
broken line) but by looking at the root sitename
 ( http://relevantknowledge.com ) in the fine print they tell you
"to take part in these surveys you have to download our
software onto your computer . . ."

At which point I deleted the message and remembered to not
go there!
