I listened to KLEO (AM) back in 1973 or 1974. I was 12 years old and
living in Winfield, KS. I don't remember KLEO's city of license back
then; I don't think it was Ark City, but rather Wichita. For
whatever reason, I recall getting bored with the same 40 songs over
and over, and found KFH (1330) in Wichita. Listened many nights to
The CBS Radio Mystery Theatre on a 5-tube Sears AM radio wedged into
my top bunk. Fell asleep half-scared most nights.
