In the U.S. we have "300 volt class" (no more than 300 volts
line-to-ground) and "600 volt class" (no more than 600 volts
line-to-ground).
Above 600 volts, it is largely the electric utility which defines the
distribution voltage.
At the electric utility where I was an EE some years back, our above-600
volt options were 4,800 volts and 34,500 volts, with 4,160 volts as an
option provided that the customer provided a vault and a transformer to
convert our 4,800 or 34,500 to his requested 4,160.
