[BC] Old Farts

Though they are few... My son (17) has been working at a cluster for free to
learn how to run Adobe Audition, NexGen and the like.  He is already
building a demo tape.

Kids need to be PARENTED and led in a direction.  They need to be
encouraged.  They need to be told why they need to do these "freebees".
Though many are smart, and many are self centered if you clearly explain to
them why and how to do it, most will make the effort.  These kids that will
not do squat have not been parented.
