[BC] Open wire transmission lines Hi Power Medium Wave

I dont know about the latest iteration of Europe #1 but they 
traditionally had a lot of Bandwidth problems (worse that Radio 
Luxembourg) and the signal was just not that good for the power. One of 
the best signals is Radio Monte Carlo 216 khz with 3 megawatts.
