[BC] Open wire transmission lines vs coaxial

WPTF used home-made coax in it's 1940 50-KW installation.  A 2x6 wood
board was run along on short posts.  Atop that was nailed a copper
sheet, then along the top ran porcelain insulators holding a copper
pipe- about 2-3" in diameter.  All this was covered by copper sheets
bend over like a rural mailbox- same size and shape.  These lines were
still in service when I left in 1978.
