[BC] An HD Tuner for $110

Ditto on the expectation of the HD Radio tuner.

Wally World has had HD TV tuners on the shelf here locally for $149 for 
about a year.

Maybe I was expecting a real HD Radio Tuner, but to good to be true.  Just 
an HD TV Tuner.
