[BC] WLW Superpower Coverage

Welp,

	Before the band was crowded, I heard WLW in Utah in midday, at noon 
Cincinnati with a listenable signal.  Of course, it was in the middle 
of the winter, and the signal was probably propagated via skywave, 
which can happen in winter.  I was using a Beverage antenna.
