[AF] WiFi is getting dangerous

With the problems of pirate broadcasters, I support the State of Florida on
this one, jurisdictional questions notwithstanding. And if the chips are
down, the State can probably come up with violation of its own, such as
business license, etc. I'll welcome the state, until their behavior becomes
"aggregious", that is, they cause problems for legitimate broadcasters, as
an example.
