As one of your victims of that charge I have to say I've known 
Richard for about three decades. He's actually a very funny guy. It 
seems you take sarcasm and the experiences of other people who have 
been victimized by police officers as baseless because it doesn't 
square with your experience, oh elderly one.

I know several police officers as personal friends. Treat them with 
respect and they'll probably return it. Every one has told me "I can 
get you on something." Give them lip and you'll find your tail light 
is the wrong shade of red.
