[AF] WiFi is getting dangerous

Florida seems to think it has jurisdiction over pirate broadcasters.  I'd
still like to see someone challenge that in court.

In my non-legal mind, I wonder if the town/city has any
legal jurisdiction? Doesn't anything that have to do with RF
signals fall under the feds? The law he was arrested for is
meant for unauthorized people going on others peoples
computers.

	And yes, it is a big buzz here in town. (Sparta is about 10
miles north of my studios) .
