Well it is true. I complained that the battery they sold me during the last $2,800 "annual inspection" failed to retain a charge. They claim that this implies consent to "take possession of" the airplane to check out my "assertion." One can readily see the posturing. Hopefully, the clerk hearing the case isn't as naive as the mechanics seem to think
