         Please resist.  This just the sort of
         comment, even made lightheatedly,
         that today leads to emotional/political
         responses.  The political landscape is
         just too heated... and the election is
         18 months away. By then, we are
         going to see a lot of dismaying words
         and tactics on both sides (the mis-use
         of autodialers is now a popular "trick").

         I'll make this suggestion: virtually
         any generalization will bring out a
         similar on in response.  Let's not go there.
