This will be the last post on this thread.

As list owner, it is as much my "right" to do so as it is for any 
station owner to decide who goes on the air and who does not.  This 
is not a free speech issue.

If anyone wants to start their own mailing list and watch over, they 
are welcome to do so. While AF has much looser limitations than BC, 
for example, it will never be without limits as long as it is on my 
server and takes my time and effort and money to provide.
