It sure does. It assumes everyone named Juan is an illegal. It's 
incorrect. I have a couple of friends named Juan whose parents were 
born here, making them and their children American citizens who don't 
have to file for anything. There are other people named Juan who are 
not citizens but are here legally

It also assumes the only illegal aliens are Mexican. Why not pick on 
the dozens of other nationalities who leave their countries to live 
here? If I recall correctly we did something similar to the Japanese, 
many of whom had no connection to Japan other than having Japanese 
descendants. Why don't we target all people not born here? So what if 
we sweep up some legal citizens in the net.

This is one of those Talk Radio hot button issues. Bill Clinton is 
out of office, so we need another target that'll carry us until the 
next Democratic President.
