I've never yet met a person who claimed they chose their sexual orientation,
much less could change it at will. People discover early in life that they
are attracted to the opposite sex, their own sex, or, in some cases, both
sexes. Every "straight" person I know is abhorred by the idea of sexual acts
with their own gender. In your own case, you find gay sex repugnant.
OBVIOUSLY, it is not a "choice".

Has nothing to do with it. We're talking sexual attraction, not
like/dislike.

Your confession is admirable, but is not germaine to the discussion.

We all sin. Those living a homosexual life are included in this.

Since God created some people as homosexual, I therefore do not believe that
it is a sin to be gay. How can a just and loving Creator make someone who is
automatically doomed to Hell?

This is one of the worst lines of reasoning I've ever read.

They are BOTH hard to do!

As Rich asked, HOW do you know? Have you ever switched your sexual
orientation? If you haven't, then you CANNOT know.
