To each his/her own, but, lacking a furnace and an A/C system, is it not 
easier to stay warm than to stay cool?

People always can put on more layers/articles of clothing and/or work 
harder to stay warm and ~productive in a very cold environment.

But there are limits as to how much clothing we can take off, 
legally/illegally, and also as to how little physical work we can do.

I'm still exploring the aspect of how little physical work I can do, but 
thankfully. not so much of the other.
