[AF] Counties in the hinterlands

I've been to Lusk, WY also.  The Chief of Police (Retired)  was a 
buddy of mine in the Navy, and I visited a few years back.  The big 
news in Lusk 50 coal trains a day, and waiting for the Harleys to 
come through on their way to Sturgis.
