[BC] Part 74 IFB transmissions

I'm sure that your ABC local guys were on a VHF or UHF channel, and  
camping out on it.  Other stations complained because the channel was  
locked up and other stations could use it.

There isn't ANY real interest on the HF channels.  In fact, they are  
more used by CB out of band operators than by licensed stations.

If you put up and IFB on 26 MHz, and keep it up full time, the out- 
banders might not like it, but they are not licensed.  No other  
broadcasters are going to complain, so the FCC is not going to get  
involved.
